Algonquin Park Lodges

This eco-friendly Lodge is located on the edge of Algonquin Park, on a private 30-acre lake. This extremely secluded spot combines the rustic charm of a wilderness lodge with the comforts of modern living. The experience starts with a short 20-minute hike to the property. The Eco-Lodge offers 17 private rooms and is powered by alternative energy, including an outdoor wood-fired hot tub and sauna. Hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding are just some of the activities available right from the front door or in the area. Set in the beautiful semi-wilderness south of Algonquin Provincial Park, Riverland offers lodge accommodations as well as a campsite. Fishing and bear hunting packages are available.

The Cedar Grove Lodge is located on Peninsula Lake. It offers individual lakeside (close to the water) cabins with stone fireplaces. All rates include 3 meals per day. Summer activities include many water sports, horseshoes, tennis, fishing, hiking and plenty of others. Winter activites are also offered.

These cozy log-style units are located on a lakefront property. Enjoy bedside fire places, a sandy beach, ATV tour packages, boat rentals, group packages and more.

The Gryffin Lodge offers lakeview rooms and suites and is positioned at the shore of Mary Lake and also offers self-contained units or a nine-bedroom chalet for large gatherings, family reunions. Licenced dining room, bar-lounge, library, games room, canoes, tennis, beach, hiking, skiing and golf nearby.

Twin and king-sized beds, private bathrooms, hot and cold running water, electric heat and coffee makers are amenities offered at this lodge. Additionally, bed linens, towels and daily housekeeping are provided. Colour television is offered in each room and satellite television is available in the main lodge. A licensed dining facility is located onsite. Huting and fishing packages are offered by the facility.

Charming country inn on Little Hawk Lake in the Haliburton Highlands, next door to the Muskokas. Ideal for romantic couples, honeymooners, cross country skiers, hikers, snowmobilers and canoe enthusiasts. This lodge offers private suites and waterfront cottages.

The Domain of Killien was once a private hunting and fishing lodge constructed in the 1920s. The property now offers twelve guest rooms, five in the main lodge and seven in the lakeside chalets. The chalets features wood-burning fireplaces and the main lodge rooms have a Jacuzzi tub in each.

Various accommodation types are available here, including a farm house with four bedrooms, a private bathroom and a barbecue, a lodge with three bedrooms and a shared bathroom and a cottage featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen facilities. Fishing, beaches, private waterfalls for swimming, biking and hiking are available. Backcountry snowmobiling is also offered during the winter.

Deep in the North East corner of Algonquin Park lies one of Canada's engineering marvels, the Algonquin Radio Observatory. ARO is an active research center. Due to it's remote location, ARO offers overnight accomodation. Guests enjoy exclusive tours of Canada's largest radio telescope, the 46m Thoth antenna. Reservations are required.

Falcon Lodge Resort offers a variety of accommodations including duplex and four-plex cottages and rooms in the main lodge. Most of the accommodations are equipped with a fireplace.
